Down But Not Out

I'm an old white man of 47. Yup, that's old! Well for me it is. I have had M.S. for 8 years now, and I feel like I'm 100. So I am permanently disabled and on a very low fixed income.

My 1988 Buick Park Avenue is on it's last legs. (Even though it gets 24 - 28 mpg!) Well, my house is literally falling apart as well! Floors sunken in to the ground, cracks going from one end of the house to the other.
We are unable to use the dining room at all! That is the only reason we can't have the kids and grandkids here to visit. It's just not safe!

Why am I writing this here, you ask? Well; Since I have a lot of time on my hands I invent things that I can't afford to get patents for, so I end up giving away the ideas for others to get rich on. Again, you wonder why I tell you this?

My ONLY entertainment is music. I listen to every kind of music there is! Classical, oldies, rock (old and new), rap (old & new), pop, big band era, folk, foreign, techno, and every other sound you can think of.

Well, a while back, I was watching tv, and saw the Black Eyed Peas on a commercial. (I have ideas for commercials too!) Well, my first thought was, "Who in the world are these lunatics. "What, you crazy talkin' 'bout B.E.P.'s" ? Yuppers, I surely was. They looked like something out of a futuristic movie about life after an apocalypse. But I liked the song, so I checked them out online, and became an instant fan.

I only have 9 gigabytes of music on my computer. I would have more, but my computer is so old the cd/dvd rom drive doesn't work. So, I am stuck listening to the same music over and over and over again. However, when I get the chance I watch the B.E.P.'s on tv.

Again, you are asking the monitor "why is this old fart telling us this?" "Nobody Cares!"

Well; That brought me around to my reason for this:
I saw the Black Eyed Peas music video of "Where Is The Love"! It brought tears to my eyes. I made a screen background with the lyrics to that song for my computer, and
will be making more. the background behind the lyrics is 3d.
Well it's more like those pictures you see that have a hidden image that you have to look at it weird to see the dolphins, or whatever.
Since I can't put cd's onto my computer, not only because I can't afford cd's, but as before, cd rom doesn't work. And, since the downloading of artists music is a crime, I don't do that. so I am hoping to get permission to download their music (for my own use only) , or get the B.E.P.'s to send me some via email. (again, no cd's because it doesn't work!)

Well, I would like to share my backgrounds with anyone and everyone. I would like to proliferate the "Where Is The Love" "?" Movement! I would like to give everyone who wants a copy of the screen background. I'm not a pro at it, nor do I have a way to make it better. The point is not that it could be emailed to everyone and their families and friends. Basically to spread the song's message, as well as the B.E.P.'s

So, if anyone has any suggestions, comments, questions, would like a copy, or would even like to get ideas for anything and everything; My imagination is always in
hyper-drive! So, Just email me!

Please don't send me spam, fake offers of money from some long lost relative in Nigeria, or Tibet, or anywhere.
If you need my mind, just say the word. There is only 1 word!

If you know the word, you know a higher power! Not to quote scripture, but 1st John ch 4: v 7 & 8 states, "Beloved, Let Us Love One Another, for GOD IS LOVE, and he that knoweth not, Loveth not..." Ok, I lied, I did quote scripture!

If anyone reads this and likes the message, please pass it on.
